Baroque chateau, originally hunting lodge from 17th century stays on the top of basalthill above Sobotka. The lodge was established by meaningful nobleman Humprecht Jan Černín from Chudenice in between years 1666 and 1668. Architect Carlo Lurago gave to it elliptical layout so it resembles the Galatian tower in Constantinople. Inside are found expositions about history, owners of the chateau and museum of the Sobotka region.
